Domestic Case Study 1

Upon arrival the grandeur of the property was apparent. We were originally called in by a construction company who were carrying out some landscaping at the property and were asked to isolate/make safe some supplies that were feeding some exterior lighting within a flower bed. -To safely isolate the supplies, we would have to access the fuse board to disconnect which would mean entering the property. Domestic Case Study 2

A very good associate of ours contacted us to provide a project proposal for a very high-end new build property, which was to be across 4 floors. The client did not want to employ a main contractor to over see the day to day running of the project which meant all trades would have to co-ordinate with each other to ensure the project ran smoothly from the 1st fix stage to hand over. Domestic Case Study 3

This project was presented to us by a construction contractor who had the same attention to detail and finish as we do. The project was a large domestic dwelling that had been renovated in the late 1980’s and was well over due a facelift. The client who had purchased the property had a great vision for the final look and it was executed to very high level. Click for more information.

C&G were requested to complete the full installation within the bistro and bar of a large university complex, within a 10-week programme, with no possibility of an overrun as the university was due to reopen on September 9th (the day after handover). We had to closely liaise with all trades on site, to ensure a seamless transition from core & shell to working bistro bar.  Click here for the rest of this case study.

The client requested the installation of a 300 amp sub main, switch gear and final connections, installed from an intake kiosk, across a carriage way and through a loft void to mains room located 80 meters from the intake. The need for the new sub main was to supply a new chiller unit due to be installed to allow increased throughput for a packing unit for a soft fruit farm. All while we maintained traffic across the carriage way. Click for more details.
